Description
Parsley Botch is a businessman, and son of Jimothan Botch, who can be found in the Carnival. Awkward and uneasy, his anxiety about seeing his father has caused him to not eat for days. He seems to have come from a harrowing household, as he has a poor relationship with both of his parents, most notably his father, who pressures Parsley to become involved with sports and women. Jimothan describes him as "soft."
Despite all of this, he loves his father's "food," and his mission requires Jimothan's to be completed beforehand. When completed, he can be found in the Lounge, getting drunk.
If he is not made happy, he appears at "The Big Event," and his head will be replaced with a meal on a plate.

Trivia
- When you kiss him, he says that it tastes like "Martin."
- Martin seems to be a real person, as one of Parsley's trading cards shows him carrying a love letter "For Martin". Moreover, during the blind drawing livestream with Team Egg, it was joked about that Martin is Parsley's ex-husband.
- His name comes from the herb "parsley" and his surname is a pun on the word "botched".
- Curiously, in a screenshot on the game's Steam store page, Parsley (along with Putunia and Gerry) have their places swapped, with Parsley standing in front of the button-pressing game where Putunia is usually seen. In the trailer, however, he is standing by the burning tires like in-game.
- Parsley's favorite superhero is probably Spiderman, according to Dr. Habit's twitter.
- In the epilogue, it is revealed that Parsley has received letters and drawings from fans; initially, he is extremely concerned and threatens to sue, but after seeing more fanart he becomes moved to the point of tears.
- Parsley's email is <[email protected]> and he first appears when progress=31.
