Description
Borbra Luddington is a tall woman with blue skin and wavy black hair that ends right at her shoulders. She wears a purple button-up dress with yellow heels and can be found on the Terrace, with her binoculars, bird-watching.
She is very interested in and enthusiastic about birds and bird-watching, possessing a large amount of information on how to catch various birds, specifically "y'owls." When approached, she asks the player if they have seen any, before tasking them with catching her one and turning over her falconer's mitt. Once she has her "little boy," she decides on naming him Rice Pilaf.
If she is not made happy, she appears at "The Big Event," and her head will be replaced with an owl's.

Trivia
- She is 10 feet tall, and tells the player this information when punched.
- She apparently does not have ears, and states this when given the megaphone.
- She was inspired by a woman Yugo saw at a nature center's bird-watching section, who violently pointed out a window and yelled: “WOULD’JA LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THAT ONE!!” in a very Jersey accent.[1]
- According to the epilogue, Rice Pilaf is "DOING DANDY" and has grown ten feet tall.
- Borbra's email is<[email protected]>, and she appears when progress=96; she speaks in all caps and signs her messages with XOXOXO.
- Her line "I want to see my little boy" is likely a reference to a well-known Vine posted by the musician Baths.
