Tiff's Room is a location that can be accessed through Ronbo's questline. When Flower Kid talks to Ronbo for the first time, he asks Flower Kid to get his locket back. The Locket can be obtained by talking to Millie Coulro and getting her to shoot a golf ball at it. The locket has a faded picture of Tiff Webber inside. Seeing the faded picture, Ronbo requests that Flower Kid get a new picture of her. Flower Kid is then able to access Tiff's Room with the Locket's key, which contains clues as to what Tiff looks like, as well as the Megaphone.
Walkthrough
- Talk to Millie Coulro and position the pipe so that it knocks down the locket.
- Talk to Ronbo.
- Go upstairs and unlock Tiff's room.
